Currently, our Loft Cammock, which utilizes THEDOOKAN's pole system, is out of stock.
However, we are excited to announce the launch of our new version, the XENONEST Air Tent.
This model is available in black, and for customers residing in the United States,
it will soon be available for pre-order via Kickstarter.
For customers outside the United States, individual shipping costs are significantly high
until local distributors are established. Therefore, only up to three individual orders
per country can be processed via email.
For non-U.S. customers, payment can be made conveniently via PayPal bank transfer.
If you wish to proceed with the purchase,
we will assist you with the PayPal account details and reservation process.

We offer worldwide shipping, and all international orders incur shipping fees.
Note: We charges customers the exact Freight (FOB) or EMS Premium shipping cost based on the size and weight of the product and the distance (from Korea).

If no number is provided, this may result in a missed delivery and delay.

What happen if my order delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Note: Delay could occur due to weather, pandemic, port congestion and etc.
Damages
Please inspect the condition of the packaging as soon as the product arrives. If you notice any damage of the products inside the packaging, you are required to immediately take photos and send them to info@thedookan.kr. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by communicating with the shipping company.
